Project Engineer/Site Engineer/ PMs / PIC (For Baguio & Main Office - Quezon City)

As a member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion. You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures all projects are implemented in accordance with the design and responds timely to questions related to field conditions.
• Oversees, scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion.
• Oversees Job Start and Project Closeout materials.
• Prepares agendas, develops and maintains scope, business requirements, performance specifications, procurement strategy, safety plan, master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
• Promote best practice and support & develop project team to maximize efficiency & effective delivery

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3-5 years successful electrical PM experience
• Prior experience in electrical estimating
• Knowledgeable in ELV Systems (Security & Auxiliary, Lighting, Structured Cabling).
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
