Project Manager (IT/Software)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from planning, project schedules and timelines, risks, reporting and presentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Use Jira dashboards to track sprint progress and team performance.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field.
• With 4-5 years of experience in project management.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, MS Excel)
• With hands-on experience running Agile Scrum ceremonies, scheduling and resource planning, reporting and presentations for project progress
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Employment Type: Contract/Project-based; 6 months initial duration but subject for extension depends on business needs.
• Work Schedule: Monday- Friday. Night Shift (10PM- 7AM) but must be open to work on shifting schedule when needed.
• Work Set-up: 100% onsite
• Location: BGC, Taguig
