Your Role:
As a Server Engineer (Senior), you will:
- Customer Support & Communication
- Respond to support emails and tickets in a timely manner, accommodating APAC time zones
- Handle password resets and two-factor authentication issues
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Maintain clear documentation of support interactions and resolutions
- Fix issues with image templates using the platform*
- Infrastructure & Server Management
- Monitor server stability and performance across Azure cloud environments
- Execute server updates, deployments, and rollbacks
- Perform database maintenance tasks and optimization procedures on Azure SQL databases
- Ensure system reliability and minimise downtime during APAC business hours
- Manage Azure resources and monitor cloud service health
- Development & Technical Tasks
- Test new features and validate C# application deployments before release
- Implement data integrations and manage template mappings within .NET applications
- Address small bugs and implement minor feature requests in C# codebases
- Strong Proficiency in Tech stacks: C#, .Net
- Azure cloud environments experience [Manage Azure resources and monitor cloud service health]
- Background in executing server updates, deployments, and rollbacks
- Database maintenance tasks and optimization procedures on Azure SQL databases
- Knowledge in validation of C# application deployments before
- Implementation data integrations and manage template mappings within .NET applications
- Address small bugs and implement minor feature requests in C# codebases
