Key Responsibilities

• Secure backlinks, brand mentions, and contextual placements
• Manage directory presence across key platforms

• Conduct targeted outreach to publishers and partners
• Build relationships for repeat placements

• Align placements with prompts and key pages
• Prioritise relevance over volume

• Track placements, mentions, and coverage
• Ensure consistency across platforms

• Secure high-quality placements per month
• Ensure placements align with client prompts and industries
• Maintain consistent brand presence across relevant platforms

• 2 to 5 years experience in outreach, PR, or link building
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Understanding of SEO and authority signals
• Organised and results-driven mindset
• Knows how to search for directories and has experience in listing management
• Highly organised in managing tasks and workflows
