SALES ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Location: BGC, Taguig

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting outreach via phone, email, and SMS to coordinate interviews and hiring opportunities.
• Managing employer relationships to enhance job posting effectiveness and hiring success.
• Tracking and improving hiring metrics, including interview-to-offer and offer-to-hire ratios. Driving job placements while ensuring alignment with business KPIs, such as monthly revenue targets and lead conversions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center (Voice or Voice + Non-voice) in B2B Sales or Saas environment and customer care operation with no less than 1 year of tenure in any employer in the past 2 years.
• Demonstrated experience in driving customer and client satisfaction
• At least 3 years of solid experience in B2B Sales, Saas
• Customer Success Experience in handling SaaS systems
• Experience in selling SaaS systems and customer management
