About Us:

Platform Outsourcing is an Australian and Filipino based construction Outsourcing Company. Established in 2024, we are young and fast growing and help our customers in Australia by connecting them with hand-picked, highly motivated, and self-driven Filipino Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.

We already work with over 50 clients and have over 75 staff based in the Philippines. We are also fast developing a reputation as an employer of choice within the Philippines by priding ourselves on putting our workers first. The Position:

We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to connect with potential clients, introduce them to Platform Outsourcing, and schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the Australian Sales team to close deals. We already have the market mapped and contact details for our target clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused mindset to establish strong client relationships.

You will work closely with our Director and Australian Sales team, playing a key role in helping the business grow. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but rapidly growing business, where you can have the chance to develop and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to directors and decision-makers of construction companies based in Australia to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are sales-ready.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the Director with qualified leads, ensuring proper communication of details.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads and confirm appointments as necessary.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to management on lead quality and to continuously improve processes.
Who are we looking for? We will only consider your application if you have the following experience;
  • Proven experience in selling BPO and Outsourced solutions
  • Experience in lead generation in the Australian market. Beneficial if you have sold into the construction market.
  • Exceptional English and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software, and google system to manage tasks and communications effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently working towards targets and results.
  • Be able to work independently and take initiative
  • Own a PC/laptop and have a dedicated workspace
  • Have a strong, wired internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download speed
