A line cook is responsible for food preparation, station management, and ensuring food quality standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing food items and recipes
  • Stocking kitchen stations
  • Assisting with managing inventory levels
  • Other duties as assigned by the restaurant management

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a line cook
  • Formal culinary training and a strong understanding of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
