WFH Medical Operations Manager
Job Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Medical Operations Manager to oversee operations across three connected healthcare entities. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and driving the growth of a healthcare ecosystem that specializes in workers' compensation, CTP (motor accident) injury patients, and NDIS streams.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, flexible time, Sydney (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities- Manage clinic staff, including the administration team.
- Manage clinician teams and provide the support necessary for patient care.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all three clinic entities.
- Support the growth and development of the clinics.
- Lead problem resolution and operational troubleshooting.
- Assist with patient management and clinic bookings.
- Utilize clinical software and CRMs on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure clinical software and CRMs are up-to-date and optimized for clinician and admin teams.
- Assist with financial administrative tasks, including invoicing and billing.
- Provide regular operational reports to management.
- Proven background within the healthcare industry.
- Prior experience working as a Practice Manager in a health clinic setting.
- Familiarity with clinical software and CRM systems.
- Experience or strong familiarity with Australian healthcare funding streams (Workers' Compensation, CTP, and NDIS) is highly advantageous.
- Australian work experience is strongly preferred.
