RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Incident tickets (Hardware, Software, Store Operations & Networks)
- Service Now (SNOW) Platform – Centralized IT Ticketing Tool
- ISP and Vendor Coordination / Management
- Network availability monitoring
- IT Asset Management
- Site (Store) and Main Office Support – Laptop, Printer, iOS device, Network
- Provide onsite support / Site Visit in the different branches in the Philippines
- Internal IT Network Project Support
- New Store Opening Project Support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science major in IT or equivalent
- Minimum of six months of experience in providing onsite support and skilled in IP, Windows, iOS
- Must have a hospitable personality, integrity, positive mind set, and good communication skills
