Job Overview:
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Morning Shift (09:00 AM AEST/AEDT to 5:00 PM AEST/AEDT)
Work setup: Work-from-Home
Responsibilities:
- Help desk management, SLA compliance and escalations.
- Advanced device management
- Device lifecycle management and deployment profiles.
- Autopilot provisioning
- Warranty processing
- Firmware patch management
- Provision/reset devices and set up new profiles.
- Manage user accounts and security groups.
- Password and authentication troubleshooting
- Device application management
- Device patch management
- Troubleshoot operating systems, Microsoft Office, and anti-virus issues.
- Configure Outlook, Skype for Business, OneDrive, and Teams apps.
- Mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), app protection policies (APP)
- Baseline profile management and deployment
- Compliance reporting with Microsoft monitoring tools
- and PowerShell scripting
- Antivirus and remote monitoring agent management knowledge
- Device event log monitoring and alert configuration
- Application packaging and configuration
- Audio visual management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in diagnosing and fixing MS Windows operating system issues.
- Solid understanding of user connection troubleshooting and network basics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using ticketing systems and customer service principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Information security: Basic knowledge, will align to Australian Cyber Security Centre maturity levels
