Job Overview:

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Morning Shift (09:00 AM AEST/AEDT to 5:00 PM AEST/AEDT)

Work setup: Work-from-Home

Responsibilities:

  • Help desk management, SLA compliance and escalations.
  • Advanced device management
  • Device lifecycle management and deployment profiles.
  • Autopilot provisioning
  • Warranty processing
  • Firmware patch management
  • Provision/reset devices and set up new profiles.
  • Manage user accounts and security groups.
  • Password and authentication troubleshooting
  • Device application management
  • Device patch management
  • Troubleshoot operating systems, Microsoft Office, and anti-virus issues.
  • Configure Outlook, Skype for Business, OneDrive, and Teams apps.
  • Mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), app protection policies (APP)
  • Baseline profile management and deployment
  • Compliance reporting with Microsoft monitoring tools
  • and PowerShell scripting
  • Antivirus and remote monitoring agent management knowledge
  • Device event log monitoring and alert configuration
  • Application packaging and configuration
  • Audio visual management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and fixing MS Windows operating system issues.
  • Solid understanding of user connection troubleshooting and network basics.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience using ticketing systems and customer service principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Information security: Basic knowledge, will align to Australian Cyber Security Centre maturity levels
