Production Supervisor (Ramen Nagi PH)

JOB SUMMARY

The supervisor works closely with other departments, including quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure that all production goals are achieved.

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that products are manufactured according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure that raw materials are available, equipment is in working order, and production staff are following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production efficiency and make adjustments to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring they understand their tasks and perform them effectively.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance, providing feedback, training, and support as needed.
• Ensure team adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, promoting a safe working environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience in production supervision is often accepted.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in feed production or a related field.
• Proven experience in team management and production oversight.

Licensed Requirement:

• Must be a licensed professional such as:
• Registered Engineer (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
• Licensed Chemist (for food/pharma manufacturing)
• Other relevant PRC licenses depending on the business
