The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Personnel is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the residential condominium’s building facilities, equipment, and common areas. The employee is expected to perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, air-conditioning, and general maintenance works to ensure that the property remains safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained for residents, tenants, guests, and management.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform daily inspection of common areas, facilities, and building equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance works within the condominium premises.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, tenant concerns, and emergency repair situations.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with company standards, safety procedures, and condominium policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, maintenance rooms, tools, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with the Property Manager, Engineering Head, or Building Administrator regarding operational concerns and repair requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and operational efficiency of the property.
  • Monitor and report defective equipment, unsafe conditions, and maintenance issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Perform other maintenance-related duties as may be assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS (Preferred)
  • At least High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or TESDA-certified in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field.
  • Preferably with experience in residential condominium, hotel, mall, or commercial building maintenance operations.
  • Multi-skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance works.
  • Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance procedures and basic safety practices.
  • Capable of handling maintenance-related tasks.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs when necessary.
