Senior HR Manager

Job Description

Duration: Fulltime Role

1. Leading a team includes HR Manager, HR Business Partner Manager and Accounting Manager.
2. Provide guidance to ensure that HR activities align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
3. Monitor the HR Manager's performance in handling recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
4. Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
5. Ensure the HR department has adequate resources, including budget and manpower, to carry out its functions effectively.
6. Support the HR Manager in addressing complex employee relations issues or grievances that require higher-level intervention.
7. Ensure that the HRBP's activities and initiatives support the strategic goals of specific business units.
8. Guide the HRBP in providing tailored HR solutions, coaching, and advice to business unit leaders.
9. Monitor the effectiveness of HRBP initiatives like change management, employee engagement, MSA documents, SOW, Contract documents and workforce planning.
10. Ensure the HRBP collaborates effectively with other HR functions (e.g., recruitment, learning and development) to meet business unit needs.
11. Work with the HRBP to design and implement initiatives that foster a positive work culture and improve organizational performance.
12. Monitor HRBP regards to all client meetings effectively.
13. Assist the HRBP in maintaining relationships with senior leaders, understanding their needs, and aligning HR support with these needs.
14. Ensure the Accounting Manager maintains accuracy and compliance in financial records, reporting, and bookkeeping.
15. Collaborate on budgeting processes, providing oversight to ensure adherence to financial plans.
16. Guide the Accounting Manager in developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
17. Ensure that the Accounting Manager is well-prepared for audits and that the organization complies with tax regulations, local accounting standards, client invoices and financial reporting requirements.
18. Support the Accounting Manager in developing the skills of the finance team through training and mentorship.
19. Work with the Accounting Manager to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
20. Ensure the Accounting Manager effectively manages cash flow, payables, and receivables to maintain the company's liquidity.
21. Responsible for monitoring compliance deadlines to ensure that all business permits and licenses are renewed on time, preventing costly penalties.
22. Advising the team on compliance risks, ensuring that they are aware of potential regulatory issues and providing strategies to mitigate them effectively
23. Monitoring tax compliance accurate and timely filing of all required tax returns, ensuring that the company adheres to BIR regulations.
24. Ensuring full legal compliance with all regulations, guaranteeing that the business adheres to both local and national laws to avoid any legal complications.
