This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to help create a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date.
• Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing HR support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel information.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives, programs, and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Can work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
