Day-to-Day Activities- Place outbound calls to engage with potential leads and clients
- Pick up inbound calls and offer warm, professional assistance
- Listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide solutions
- Enter lead and customer details into our CRM software with accuracy
- Monitor your own performance and work toward daily targets
- Engage in coaching sessions to sharpen your skills over time
- Open to all experience levels. Fresh graduates and seasoned applicants are both welcome
- Strong English skills that you can confidently use over the phone
- Belief in yourself. Confidence is more important than your résumé
- Good basic computer skills including typing, navigating apps, and managing tabs
- Some CRM exposure helps, but it's optional. We'll provide all the training you need from zero
- Willing and able to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
- Open to operating under an independent contractor arrangement
