Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Target Fulfilment- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a tenacious, never‑give‑up attitude.
- Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies for sustainable revenue growth.
- Maintain strong customer and territory coverage through disciplined fieldwork.
- Analyze sales data, market movements, and competitive insights to optimize planning.
- Use MIS and analytics for forecasting, sales planning, and performance correction.
- Ensure accuracy and discipline in reporting and execution.
- Build strong, influential relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
- Conduct high-quality product demonstrations, workshops, and training programs.
- Expand business through targeted new account acquisition and development of key clusters.
- Mentor, coach, and support sales team members through field visits and structured guidance.
- Promote a disciplined, ethical, and growth-focused team environment.
- Ensure alignment to Appasamy’s values, commercial strategy, and operational standards.
