Sales Manager - IT Sales (Cebu)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager that will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing relationships with key clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering business growth. As a key player in the IT distribution field, this role requires exceptional communication and decision-making skills, and a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing sales team.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow the overall business performance of assigned product line(s), ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Work closely with vendors, principals to align on strategy and ensure successful product positioning and execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure streamlined product distribution and go-to-market strategies.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to senior management.
• Maintain deep industry knowledge, staying current on IT trends and competitive landscapes to propose innovative sales and product strategies.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.

Who We're Looking For:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s/College Degree from a reputable institution, preferably in Business, IT, or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving set sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• With experience selling IT Solutions (Cybersecurity, Switches, Routers, Data Center, Server, Storage etc.)
• Willing to work onsite in Lexmark Plaza, Cebu City – accessible location, with a collaborative and dynamic office culture.
