HR Supervisor

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and support the organization's people strategy and business objectives.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring timely hiring, quality candidate selection, and a positive onboarding experience.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs to enhance employee competencies, performance, and career growth.
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and policy interpretation while fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, employee records management, HR compliance, and other related processes.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, company events, recognition programs, and internal communication efforts to strengthen organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
• Support and monitor the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, employee development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, company policies, and HR best practices while maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
• Review and improve HR policies, systems, and procedures; analyze HR metrics; and prepare reports and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and supervision to HR team members, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and achievement of departmental objectives.
• Perform other HR-related functions and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive and hands-on Human Resources experience is required, with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, training and development, labor laws, compensation and benefits, and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
