In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the financial services industry.
What you'll be doing- Answering inbound customer calls and addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a wide range of financial products and services
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and industry regulations
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult customer conversations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
