We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Sagility.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide health education, and guiding them through their healthcare journey via phone. This is a full-time, hybrid role* with the opportunity to work both in our office in Northgate, Alabang Muntinlupa City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment & Education: Conduct assessments, triage health concerns, and educate patients on managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
  • Care Coordination: Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring follow-up on doctor recommendations
  • Health Coaching: Guide patients on lifestyle modifications to improve health outcomes
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient consultations and progress

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate or Associate Graduate (any course -except BS Nursing)
  • Has 2 yrs call center experience handling voice healthcare accts catering to members, pre-authorization, benefits, eligibility and claims
  • Good communication skills
  • Open to shifting schedule/graveyard
  • Available to start immediately
  • Salary package: P29K
  • Benefits: Guaranteed 14th month pay, HMO Day 1, 20% ND and Annual Increase (performance based)
