Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
- Manage appointments, calendars, and front desk operations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Operate office equipment and maintain office organization.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate with different departments to support smooth office operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or related field (vocational/associate degree with relevant experience may be considered).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in receptionist or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and office equipment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, professional, customer-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
- Corporate or infrastructure industry experience is an advantage.
