Job Summary:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
  • Manage appointments, calendars, and front desk operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Operate office equipment and maintain office organization.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support smooth office operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or related field (vocational/associate degree with relevant experience may be considered).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in receptionist or administrative support roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, professional, customer-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Corporate or infrastructure industry experience is an advantage.
