I. POSITION TITLE: Business Training Specialist - Responsible for designing and delivering training programs that support business goals. Creates engaging learning materials and ensures employees gain the skills needed for their roles.
III. Key Responsibilities- Deliver training programs for company staff, including new hire onboarding, ongoing skills enhancement, and management-level training.[W1]
- Quickly learn and master company business operations, products, systems, marketing activities, policies, and related system operations, and accurately transfer this knowledge to employees.
- Understand frontline work practices, independently identify best practices, extract key experiences, and support course development.
- Actively identify performance challenges and skill gaps among staff, and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
- Complete training-related tasks assigned by the company or senior management, including business and customer research, translation, and other ad hoc projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience in customer service training in the banking and credit industries is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking, learning, and ability to grasp new knowledge and company operations rapidly.
- Outgoing personality, strong communication and writing skills, and willingness to share knowledge.
- Able to work onsite and align training schedules with business operation hours.
