About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative & Lead Generation Support Specialist to support a range of international B2B technology campaigns.

This is primarily an administration and campaign support role, helping our team maintain data quality, manage campaign activity, conduct research, and support day-to-day operations. From time to time, the role may also involve outbound calling to business professionals to validate information, qualify interest, or help generate meetings.

This position would suit someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, research, and occasional client-facing communication.

Responsibilities
  • Data entry, CRM management, and database maintenance
  • Researching companies, contacts, and target accounts
  • Supporting campaign setup and ongoing administration
  • Updating records, notes, and campaign activity accurately
  • Assisting with lead qualification and data validation
  • Managing spreadsheets, reports, and campaign documentation
  • Conducting occasional outbound calls to business contacts when required
  • Identifying potential opportunities and gathering market intelligence
  • Booking meetings for senior sales teams where appropriate
  • Working closely with campaign managers and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online research tools
  • Previous experience in administration, virtual assistant, lead generation, appointment setting, BPO, or sales support roles
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business professionals when required
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Strong time management and ability to manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
  • Experience working on B2B campaigns
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, or sales engagement tools
  • Previous outbound calling or appointment setting experience

This role is primarily focused on administration and campaign support, with outbound calling forming a smaller part of the overall responsibilities. Candidates who can confidently assist with both will be highly regarded.
