Educational & Professional Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA) or diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or Digital Marketing is a strong advantage.
- Additional certifications in Sales Management, Strategic Marketing, or Cold Chain Operations are preferred.
Sales Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a sales or marketing leadership role within logistics, warehousing, cold storage, or supply chain industries.
- Proven experience in:
- Business development and key account management
- B2B solution selling, especially for cold chain or warehousing clients
- Preparing and executing sales strategies and targets
- Track record of achieving revenue goals, expanding customer base, and managing sales pipelines.
Marketing Expertise:
- Ability to create and implement marketing campaigns, both traditional and digital, targeting specific industries such as FMCG, pharma, and food exports.
- Skilled in:
- Brand positioning
- Lead generation strategies
- Competitor and market analysis
- Customer engagement programs
- Experience in managing marketing channels such as:
- Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Email campaigns
- Company website and SEO
- Corporate events, expos, and industry trade shows
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of:
- Logistics operations (inbound/outbound)
- 3PL and 4PL services
- Cold storage temperature management and compliance standards (HACCP, ISO, DOH, FDA, etc.)
- Inventory and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with regulatory and operational requirements for storage and distribution of perishable goods.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and marketing automation platforms.
- Comfortable with data analytics, reporting dashboards, and sales forecasting tools.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
Leadership & Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong team management, coaching, and people development skills.
- Able to collaborate across departments such as Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Capable of leading cross-functional sales and marketing teams in achieving unified business goals.
Other Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and client solution mindset.
- Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business presentations.
- Holds a valid driver’s license.
- Can work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
