Delivery Operations Director
We’re expanding our delivery engine and looking for a Delivery Operations Director to keep our recruitment workflows sharp, fast, and disciplined.

What You’ll Own- Pipeline oversight across all active roles ensuring nothing stalls.
- Workflow execution keeping sourcing, screening, and submission steps tight and consistent.
- Quality control on candidate submissions before they hit clients.
- Data hygiene accurate ATS/CRM updates, tagging, and notes.
- Daily reporting on movement, risks, and blockers.
- Team coordination across recruiters, sourcers, and BD.
- Issue escalation to the Delivery Manager before small problems become big ones.
- Process compliance ensuring templates, sequences, and automations are followed.
- Candidate experience timely comms and clean handoffs.
