Project Engineer (Gas Stations)

Job Summary

The Project Engineer oversees the planning, execution, and completion of retail fuel station projects, including new station construction, renovations, repairs, and preventive maintenance. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction, renovation, and maintenance of retail fuel stations.
• Plan and supervise civil, mechanical, and structural works from design review to project completion.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate contractors, site activities, inspections, and commissioning.

• Review and validate engineering designs, drawings, and layouts for tanks, piping systems, dispensers, and station structures.
• Resolve engineering issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review BOQ, BOM, cost estimates, and manpower plans.

• Ensure compliance with DOE, DENR, BFP, LGU, and company HSSE standards.
• Identify and mitigate project and safety risks.
• Participate in safety inspections and promote COSH standards.

• Work with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
• Provide project updates, reports, and technical documentation.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned stations.
• Identify improvements in station design, construction, and maintenance processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineering license preferred.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in oil & gas, fuel station construction, or engineering project management.
• Knowledge of station design, fuel systems, civil works, and AutoCAD or similar tools.
• COSH certification preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably based in North Luzon.
