Responsibilities:

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Candidate Qualifications:

• Proven Team Lead experience in lead Generation for at least 2 years in any BPO company
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Can work on site and on a graveyard shift.
• Willing to work at 4th Floor, Norkis Cyberpark, Bakilid Mandaue, Cebu - Beside J Centre Mall
