Your Role

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll lead content creation and platform growth with an emphasis on short-form video and brand storytelling. You’ll work directly with leadership to manage weekly content, edit compelling Reels/TikToks, and track performance.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Edit high-performing short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
Repurpose technical/engineering content into engaging, digestible videos
Create and maintain a weekly content calendar
Manage publishing, community interaction, and DMs
Track key analytics (views, reach, engagement, follower growth) and report results weekly
Stay up to date with platform trends, sound libraries, and editing techniques
Coordinate with the U.S. team on campaigns and product launches

✅ Requirements

5+ years in social media marketing, with strong experience in video-first platforms
Advanced video editing skills for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Strong storytelling instincts and a keen eye for design, transitions, and pacing
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Self-directed, organized, and able to manage tasks independently on a part-time schedule
Bonus: Familiarity with tech, 3D scanning, CAD, or product design brands
Compensation & Details
₱50,000 – ₱70,000 PHP/month (for 20 hours/week)
Fully remote
Flexible schedule (some overlap with U.S. Central Time required)
Long-term opportunity with room to expand into a full-time role
