Job Description: Social Media Manager

We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to grow our audience, drive engagement, and elevate brand visibility.

You’ll be managing content and campaigns for a portfolio of accounts, including AI-driven creator profiles.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategic, data-informed social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create original, platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and others.
  • Manage and engage with online communities by responding to messages, comments, and trends in a timely, authentic voice.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results, using insights to continually improve reach and engagement.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our content fresh and effective.
  • Organize and manage content for20+ social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across each.
  • Oversee the scheduling ofstory-based grid contenton Instagram, helping document and shape the ongoing "life stories" of our AI creators.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to generate and refine AI-generated visuals using proprietary software.
  • Run and monitor AI-creator pages across all active social channels, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in managing social media for brands or creators, with quantifiable results in growth and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of content strategies for various platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with a strong eye for visual detail.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for digital storytelling and emerging tech.
  • Proficient in interpreting analytics and leveraging insights to guide content strategy.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with scheduling tools and content management systems is a plus.
Salary & Schedule
  • Time zone: Our company operates in the EST zone, and 12-hour shifts are mandatory.
  • Working hours: Required -- Monday - Sunday: 8-hour/12-hour shifts with 2 days off (paid salary and commission).
  • Salary: $3.5 - $5/ hr
