About the Role:
Join a fast-growing logistics, brokerage, and freight forwarding company, as a Key Accounts Manager.
We’re looking for a driven and strategic sales leader who thrives on closing deals, expanding client networks, and driving business growth in logistics, customs brokerage, and warehousing services. You’ll act as a vital role in developing sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and secure clients for freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and warehousing services.
- Build and maintain a broad client network across importers, exporters, and logistics partners.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor movements to capture new opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipelines for upper management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry networking events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Logistics is a plus.
- 1-2 years proven sales experience in brokerage, forwarding, logistics, or warehousing.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Wide and active client network within logistics, import/export, or supply chain sectors.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, logistics documentation, and customs brokerage processes.
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) is not required but is an advantage.
- Excellent skills in strategic selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Proficient in sales forecasting, data analysis, and market research.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Base salary of ₱25,000 + high commission structure
