MANDARIN MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR- Supervise and coordinate a team of mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and determine the most efficient method for repair or replacement.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with local, national, and company-specific safety regulations.
- Work with procurement to ensure the timely availability of required materials.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest mechanical and electrical technologies and practices.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English,
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, electrical circuits, and automation systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance management software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, from technicians to senior management.
