Real-Estate/Investment Asset Manager

We are looking for an Asset Manager. The primary responsibilities and qualifications include:

• Build and manage financial models to assess real estate debt and equity investments, focusing on feasibility and risk.
• Support commercial loan underwriting and due diligence by reviewing appraisals, market studies, and borrower financials.
• Help prepare loan commitment documents for borrowers.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and stakeholders to collect transaction documentation.
• Aid in asset management of the company's debt and equity portfolio.
• Maintain daily communication with borrowers, investors, and internal teams.
• Monitor and report on property, loan, and borrower performance post-closing.
• Analyze loan documents to track compliance, covenants, and identify potential risks.
• Oversee reviews of loan modifications, construction draws, and insurance proceeds.
• Support loan origination with data analysis, site visits, and borrower risk assessments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Finance, credit, legal, real estate and/or business background
• Extensive technology skills
• Established organizational skills and ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects
• Familiarity with multi-family housing, senior housing, health care and/or renewable energy preferred
• Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with borrowers, financing counterparties, and other external parties
