In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing seamless and engaging client experiences through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and requests across multiple digital channels
2. Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to clients, handling problems and complaints with empathy and efficiency
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
4. Continually identify opportunities to enhance our customer service processes and offerings
5. Contribute to a positive, customer-centric work environment by sharing best practices and providing peer support

1. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and empathetically
2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer queries and concerns
3. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to provide efficient and effective service
4. Customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar fast-paced, high-volume environment
5. Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to juggle competing priorities
6. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
