Career Support Associate: BPO: voice or voice + non‑voice

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review candidate profiles and resumes, match them with suitable openings, and recommend improvements to strengthen fit.
Explain employer requirements clearly to job seekers and guide them through the application process.
Coordinate interview schedules between employers and job seekers, assisting employers when needed.
Ensure qualified candidates are regularly sent to employers to maximize placements.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School graduate.
Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of contact center experience/customer care operations (voice or voice + non‑voice).
Minimum 1 year tenure with each employer in the past 2 years.
Comfortable with multiple outbound calls
Ability to multitask across various tools and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in US RPO.
At least 6 months of experience in high‑volume or seasonal hiring.

WORK SET-UP

Work Schedule: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Workdays: Monday – Friday
