About the Role

As a Level 1 IT Support Engineer, you’ll serve as the front-line support for our MSP partners and their clients—resolving basic technical issues, and escalating more complex concerns to higher-level engineers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support via ticketing systems and remote tools
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding incident status and resolutions
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft applications, Windows OS, hardware, and network connectivity
  • Assist with VPN and remote access support
  • Monitor system alerts and respond accordingly
  • Route service requests and escalate as needed
  • Maintain proper documentation and complete timesheets accurately

What You’ll Bring In:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role for more than 2 years.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, user account creation, group management)
  • Knowledge of basic networking (WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls)
  • Hands-on with PC setup, repairs, and migrations
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to work the night shift
  • Willing to work onsite (BGC, Alabang, or Eastwood - Quezon City)
