About the Role
As a Level 1 IT Support Engineer, you’ll serve as the front-line support for our MSP partners and their clients—resolving basic technical issues, and escalating more complex concerns to higher-level engineers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support via ticketing systems and remote tools
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding incident status and resolutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft applications, Windows OS, hardware, and network connectivity
- Assist with VPN and remote access support
- Monitor system alerts and respond accordingly
- Route service requests and escalate as needed
- Maintain proper documentation and complete timesheets accurately
What You’ll Bring In:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role for more than 2 years.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, user account creation, group management)
- Knowledge of basic networking (WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls)
- Hands-on with PC setup, repairs, and migrations
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Amenable to work the night shift
- Willing to work onsite (BGC, Alabang, or Eastwood - Quezon City)
