We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer
Brief Description Of Work and Responsibilities
Hands-on break/fix of laptops and desktops,
Help customers with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software to provide constant usability of equipment and software.
Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and fix workstations.
Responsible for hardware upgrades moves, adds, changes in a laptop and desktop environment.
Execute repairs and part replacements, and configurations of desktops and laptops.
dentify and recommend improvements to the overall IT infrastructure.
Aid other(venodr) technical support specialists when required Provide customer service and communication in person
Accomplish daily status updates of all pending end-user tickets
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or Equivalent; Open for Fresh Graduates
Can start ASAP
Average communication skills
