Job Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to help bring our fitness equipment portfolio to market through exceptional marketing assets, accurate product content, and strong cross-functional execution. In this role, you’ll support go-to-market readiness by coordinating asset creation, maintaining our Digital Asset Management (DAM) library, and ensuring product web pages are current, consistent, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production, reviews, and versioning of product marketing assets (e.g., sales sheets, product one-pagers, web content, launch toolkits, marketing presentations).
• Manage and maintain product marketing assets in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring correct tagging, metadata, approvals, and easy access for Sales and cross-functional partners.
• Manage version control and updates to product marketing assets.Ensure consistency of product messaging and specifications across web pages, sales materials, and digital asset repositories.
• Partner with vendors and the Industrial Design team to manage the production of accurate 2D and 3D product icons and visuals that reflect product specs and brand standards.
• Provide project management support for the product marketing team—tracking project milestones, coordinating reviews, and keeping delivery timelines clear, current, and communicated.
• Work with the Product Marketing manager on assigned initiatives supporting product strategy, positioning, and launch plans established by the PMM team.
• Create and maintain product web pages, ensuring accuracy of product information, positioning, imagery, and technical specifications are current and complete.

Qualification and requirements:

• The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable juggling multiple deliverables across creative, web, and sales enablement workstreams.

Core skills and experience include:

• Strong attention to detail, especially for product specs, naming, and content accuracy.
• Experience working within CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful) and partnering with web/UX teams to publish and QA updates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite; Figma is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira (or similar) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate feedback, approvals, and next steps across cross-functional partners.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors or agencies to support asset delivery is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing operations, sales enablement, or web/content production (consumer goods or fitness/wellness a plus).
• Comfort coordinating cross-functional reviews with Sales, Industrial Design, Creative, and Web teams.Ability to manage multiple deliverables at once, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
