MARKETING MANAGER
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The role oversees both B2B and B2C marketing activities, manages marketing budgets, analyzes campaign performance, and ensures all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to generate leads, strengthen business partnerships, and support sales growth.
- Manage organic and paid marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media, PPC advertising, lead generation, events, and publicity campaigns.
- Produce and oversee engaging content for websites, social media platforms, blogs, and other marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with business partners, agencies, suppliers, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor quarterly and annual marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Oversee the development and approval of marketing materials, including digital assets, promotional materials, brochures, and corporate communications.
- Monitor, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing initiatives and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to support business objectives and revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- At least five (2-3) years of progressive experience in Marketing, with at least two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience in both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) marketing strategies and campaign management.
- Strong experience in identifying target audiences and developing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in website analytics and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and related platforms.
- Experience in lead generation, partnership development, account-based marketing, and corporate relationship management.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret metrics, prepare reports, and manage budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, results-oriented, and capable of transforming innovative ideas into measurable business outcomes.
- Up-to-date with current marketing trends, digital technologies, consumer insights, and industry best practices.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, automotive, dealership operations, financing, or related industries is an advantage.
