• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per month

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Engineering/Administration/Management, or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing.

• Assist all Directors, Sales & Service in their daily transaction works.
• Replies & entertain inquiries regarding Sales & Service-related matters.
• Attends corporate, sales & services as needed & requested.
• Assist the Sales & Service Department in conducting product orientation & presentation to clients regarding proper maintenance & operation of products.
• Assist in canvassing of pertinent cost from sub-contractors/suppliers/relevant agencies related to Sales & Services.
• Prepares and submits quotations.
• Follow up with clients on the status of quotations submitted and the issuance of purchase orders, sales contracts, and notices to precede awards.
• Sources and evaluates quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers and recommends approval of the best offer.
• Filling & preparing all files of pertinent documents on a per-project basis.
• Establishes and maintains effective relations with end-users/ clients, project consultants, project managers and sub-contractors/suppliers.
