A. Strategic Planning and Execution- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for both new and existing
- Create and manage annual marketing plans, including budget allocation and ROI
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and
B. Product Launch and Management
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring seamless
- Develop compelling value propositions and positioning for each product in our
- Manage the product lifecycle, including strategy for mature products and
C. Sales Enablement
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for product specialists on

D. Brand Management
- Act as the primary liaison between Healthspan Global and our partner brands
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners to leverage
E. Content Creation and Management
- Oversee the development of high-quality marketing content, including product
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across
F. Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize marketing
- Provide monthly reports on marketing performance and ROI to senior management
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations
- Work closely with Head of Training to develop appropriate curriculum to allow our
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide marketing insights and
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a product marketing, brand management and/or training role in a medical, pharmaceutical or related organization is a must
- Experience in the medical field as a doctor, nurse or physician assistant is highly desired
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of medical products and devices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
