Software Engineers (Backend, AI, Frontend, DevOps)

Code Invi Digital Solutions Inc. is building an AI-powered platform focused on data analytics, social listening, and business intelligence tailored for the Philippine market.

We are currently hiring Software Engineers (Backend, AI, Frontend, DevOps) to form our core development team in Taguig City. This role is ideal for candidates who want to work on real product development, contribute to system architecture, and grow within a fast-paced startup environment.

• WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and system components
• Build and integrate APIs, data pipelines, and third-party services
• Develop AI/NLP models and data processing workflows (for AI role)
• Create responsive frontend interfaces and dashboards (for frontend role)
• Manage deployments, cloud infrastructure, and system performance (for DevOps role)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system architecture and development processes
• What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–5 years relevant experience in software development (role-dependent)
• Strong technical foundation in at least one of the following areas:
• Backend Development: PHP, Laravel, API development, database management
• AI / Machine Learning: Python, NLP, data modeling, machine learning frameworks
• Frontend Development: Vue.js (preferably Vue 3), JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• DevOps / Cloud: AWS, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, system monitoring
• Experience working on real-world applications, systems, or platforms (startup experience is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize systems
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced, execution-driven setting

• Experience in building SaaS platforms or data-driven applications
• Exposure to AI, analytics, or social listening tools
• Experience with cloud deployment and scalable architecture
• Background in Agile or sprint-based development environments
