B2B Product Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a B2B Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies and support the successful launch and growth of B2B products. This role focuses on developing strong product positioning, creating marketing materials, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive results.

• Lead strategy and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancements
• Develop clear product messaging, positioning, and naming strategies
• Create marketing materials for individual products and product portfolios
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into marketing solutions
• Identify and address complex or non-standard marketing challenges
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product lines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
• At least 5 years of project management experience in a matrixed organization
• Strong writing and editing skills with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
