The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with solid experience in construction or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure work is progressing according to project plans, timelines, and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and train crew members as needed.
• Maintain daily records of work progress, materials used, and hours worked.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Order materials and manage inventory on-site.
• Address issues or delays that may arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role in construction or a related industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read construction documents and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
