Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineer or any related course
- Knowledgeable in methods, techniques and procedures involving maintenance repairs and replacement
- Ability to create and recommend effective and efficient preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to provide insights on troubleshooting, diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy and speed
- Knowledgeable in equipment asset management for Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Capable to generate management reports related to MHEs
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license
- Responsible for the Company's efficient and effective Fleet management system to ensure availability and utilization thru optimum implementation of planned PMS and breakdown repairs
- Prepare and review the preventive maintenance schedule of MHEs
- Preparation of all needed documents for the approval of MHE related purchases thru CapEx
- Prepare, monitor and tracks the MHE rentals on all SMILSI operations
- Conducts quarterly audit of Company's MHEs for their operational, safety and appearance individual rating
- Perform general administration tasks as necessary
