Summary

Greenpark is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to shape the social narrative for our flagship financial project. You’ll blend trend-led creativity with razor-sharp brand safety to build trust, drive campaigns, manage paid media, and keep our always-on channels humming—all within a fast-paced digital agency environment.

About the Role

Embedded in Greenpark’s Social team, you’ll spearhead both always-on and campaign-driven work for our premier banking

insurance client. You’ll translate complex financial concepts into compelling social stories, brief and collaborate with creatives, and oversee end-to-end content calendar management, while ensuring every asset upholds our brand integrity and compliance standards.

From time to time, you’ll also jump onsite to capture live event and activation content.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Content & Calendar Management
  • Define content pillars around audience data / insights, product highlights and community engagement
  • Build, own and maintain a cohesive monthly content calendar that balances evergreen financial education with bold campaign launches
  • Plan post schedules across all social media platforms and execute daily posting activities, including publishing scheduled content
Trendspotting & Highly Relevant Content
  • Monitor rising conversations across the Philippines to propose agile, culturally resonant content
  • Enforce brandsafe protocols and collaborate with compliance to vet all social content
  • Adapt posting schedules dynamically based on trending topics and real-time social media opportunities
Content Publishing & Scheduling
  • Use scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) to publish across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Ensure copy, assets and tagging are accurate—and optimize posting times for peak engagement
Creative Briefing & Collaboration
  • Craft clear, inspiring creative briefs—storyboards, messaging guides and asset specs for internal creative teams
  • Work hand
in hand with Greenpark’s creative teams to ensure every asset meets brand and compliance standards
  • Liaise with clients to understand content briefs, campaign objectives, and brand requirements
  • Proactively suggest new and trending topics to clients, presenting strategic recommendations for content opportunities
Campaign & Paid Media Management
  • Launch, track and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
to meet reach and engagement KPIs
  • Manage budget allocation, targeting strategies and creative iterations
Social Media Coverage & On-Ground Activation Support
  • Attend on-ground activations to capture real-time
content for social media publishing
  • Ensure seamless live coverage and timely posting to amplify activation impact
Performance Reporting & Insights
  • Produce social media and paid media performance reports, highlighting key metrics and learnings
  • Present actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients to continuously improve ROI
Organization & Pressure Management
  • Maintain detailed project plans, asset trackers and stakeholder updates to keep multiple campaigns on schedule
  • Pivot swiftly under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and a calm demeanor
Who We’re Looking For
  • Agency & Finance Savvy – 3 years+ in a digital agency setting, managing social media for regulated brands
  • Trendspotter & Brand Guardian – You identify emerging Philippines conversations and translate them into safe, on-brand content
  • Creative Briefing Expert – You write spot
on briefs that empower creatives to deliver standout work
  • Paid Media Practitioner – Hands-on experience with META’s social ad platforms, budget management and performance optimization
  • Organized & Resilient – You excel at multi-project coordination and stay calm under tight deadlines
  • Bilingual Wordsmith – Fluent in English and Tagalog, with a professional yet engaging voice
  • BONUS! Relevant Financial Industry Experience:

Prior work on finance, insurance, wealth management or financial education social media projects WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
