Profile Requirements:
- Community Management Experience: Must have at least 1.5 year of experience managing online communities, preferably using Mighty Networks or similar platforms.
- Music Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in creating or managing music industry-related content and creative projects.
- Lead Generation via Social Media: Ability to identify and generate new leads and opportunities through social media platforms, and assign them to the appropriate sales channels for follow-up.
- Reporting & Accountability: Comfortable reporting directly to the Managing Director, with the ability to provide clear weekly performance updates.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams: Experience working closely with video production teams to ensure content is delivered in line with the creative brief and project timelines.
Core responsibilities:
- Community Management: Manage and engage with our online community using Mighty Networks (or a similar platform), ensuring an active and positive member experience.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and publish music industry-related content that aligns with our brand and audience.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads and engagement opportunities via social media; assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales team members.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the video production team to deliver content that meets the creative brief and campaign goals.
- Reporting: Provide weekly performance updates and insights directly to the Managing Director.
