Sales Engineer

Job Purpose

Drive growth by marketing and selling advanced pumps, motors, and related products. As a Sales Engineer, you’ll engage clients, prepare winning proposals, and deliver technical solutions tailored to customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Gather market intel to support sales projections and marketing strategies.
• Call on prospective clients to promote our products and services.
• Review customer requirements like tender documents, plans, and equipment specs.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals/tenders.
• Negotiate and close deals, drawing up sales contracts.

• Deliver product and technical presentations confidently.
• Provide after-sales support by coordinating project implementation with the Project Management Team.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service.
• Coach and mentor Pre-Sales Engineers.

• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Consistently produce quality outputs and meet service level agreements.
• Maintain professional grooming and punctuality.

• Graduate of any four-year Business or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering course
• Minimum 3 years selling experience, preferably in pumps, motors, or technical products
• Technical knowledge of pumps and motors
• Strong business sense and sound judgment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective team player with strong communication skills
