Role Overview
We are hiring driven and client-focused Bancassurance Specialist to join onsite teams across Metro Manila. In this role, you'll represent a trusted brand inside partner bank branches—enabling you to engage directly with clients and deliver tailored financial solutions at the point of need.
What You'll Do- Provide expert financial planning and advisory services
- Recommend insurance, investment, and wealth protection products
- Manage and grow a client portfolio within assigned bank branches
- Conduct client consultations and financial needs analyses
- Participate in continuous skills training and development programs
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Open to non-finance professionals—training provided
- Willing to take the Insurance Licensure Exam
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self-motivated, target‑driven, and passionate about helping clients secure their financial future
- Open to candidates with any sales experience—even outside bancassurance; full product and advisory training will be provided.
