ACCOUNTING

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries, expenses reports, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Monitor and record company transactions, including sales and expenses
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
• Track customer payments made via payment centers and ensured their transfer to the company's account
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting process to support informed decision-making
• Monitor inventory and assist inventory management
• Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee the company's payments to various incorporations, such as rentals, subscriptions, and other obligations
• Prepare and manage customer billing on a weekly basis
• Monitor and maintain Zoho books and zoho inventory account and ensure all date is up to date.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (excel, Word)
• Ability to adapt to new accounting software (QuickBooks/crafty base)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Attentive to detail and meticulous in data entry and analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team
• Organized, multitasker with the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with tax regulations and payroll processing
• Computer Skills: MS Office (word and excel)
