Are you a proactive, creative, and organized professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to drive client satisfaction and campaign success? We’re looking for a Home-Based Sales and Marketing Associate to support a growing U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry.

In this hybrid role, you’ll support sales executives, manage marketing tasks, coordinate promotional orders, and contribute to ongoing client projects—all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Daily Support
  • Follow up on orders and communicate with suppliers to confirm PO status, proofs, shipments, and tracking using Aftership.
  • Assist with meeting prep, samples, and client presentations.
Marketing & Creative Projects
  • Design flyers, sell sheets, and other visual assets using Canva.
  • Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Support email marketing campaigns via HubSpot.
  • Assist with reorder reminders and thank-you programs.
Sales & Product Coordination
  • Source products using ESP, SAGE, or similar platforms.
  • Create client-ready presentations and RFP submissions.
  • Communicate with suppliers for pricing, samples, and delivery timelines.
  • Build and manage online client stores using platforms like Shopify, BrightStores, or Chipply.
  • Stay up-to-date on product trends to offer relevant recommendations.
CRM & Project Management
  • Update records, assign tasks, and manage workflows in HubSpot CRM.
  • Track and manage timelines and deliverables via Monday.com.
  • Ensure all follow-ups and deadlines are organized and completed on time.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in executive support, project coordination, or marketing (experience in the promotional products industry or a creative agency is a plus).
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work U.S. EST hours (graveyard shift in PH).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is a plus
  • Canva, HubSpot, and Monday.com proficiency.
  • Familiarity with promotional product sourcing tools like ESP and SAGE.
  • Industry Software/Knowledge:
  • Experience with Shopify, BrightStores, or similar platforms.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of RFP processes and social media schedulers like Later or Planoly.
WHAT WE OFFER
  • Salary Range: Php 35,000 – Php 40,000

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
